Shipping:

Upon placing an order, please allow us up to one week to process your request. Once your order is shipped, we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation along with tracking details, ensuring you know exactly when to expect your package.

Return Process:

Your satisfaction is our priority at NY Green LED Lighting & Sign Supply. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at greenledsolution@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We kindly request that you do not send back any items without contacting us first, as we cannot accept returns that we haven’t had an opportunity to start.

Once we receive your return request, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the date we receive your return for us to process it. We will inform you via email once we have finished inspecting the returned items and have had an opportunity to accept them.

Shipping Cost:

Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item you received is incorrect or faulty. Additionally, please be aware that shipping, handling, service charges, and any applicable tax are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at greenledsolution@gmail.com

Please be advised that strictly no return or exchange will be accepted for sale items.
